I spoke with Blair who had Johnny meet me on-site. Johnny Lee was so helpful in all things that the Vendor would be looking for. E.g. pre-approved finance, Builder inspection & LIM completed immediately. A clean offer. This helped us immensely when we went into multi-offer bidders scenario. We met Johnny on 23 April and he was shaking our hands on 01 May as new owners!! Johnny continued to keep in touch with us through pre-settlement - working with us methodically on pre-inspection . Huge thanks for the Food Hamper on Settlement date. To top it off - Lodge allowed us a complimentary one-day use of their removal truck. Overall - we could not have wished for better agents.
