I have used Megan twice now to sell property and she continues to be excellent. I received a thorough and thoughtful appraisal, she gave rgeat advice about getting the property ready for sale and the she delivered a campaign that got this property sold in a slower market within a timeframe that delivered for me. I sold my house while living overseas and Chase made the whole process far easier than I thought it was going to be. He was communitive and helpful through the entire process providing good market insight and was knowledgeable about the area my house was in, this was backed up by the fast turn around from my house going on the market to it being sold. He also went over and above helping recommended and organize painters and a cleaner for the property ensuring they had access when they arrived which saved a huge amount of stress on my end being overseas. The selling process could have been so much more stressful but Chase did an amazing job in selling my property. I have brought and sold a couple of houses over the past 5 years and I honestly couldn't recommend Chase enough, this was the best experience I have had and will no doubt use him again!
