The marketing advice I had on my property was appropriate, and every effort was made to find the right buyer. The sale turned out to involve some very lengthy complications but Elaine stayed positive and focused throughout and followed up every query I had promptly. It's a good thing she said she likes a challenge. Elaine was professional throughout and even removed the For Sale sign as soon as the property was unconditional.

I grew up near the area many years ago, but made the purchase remotely without having viewed the section for sale. Elaine went out of her way to help me do this. She was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble for her. I am looking forward to thanking her in person when I get to visit and view the section. She always kept in touch and replied quickly and she 'walked' me around the property using an app which I had on my phone for camera video chat.
