Best Agent Ever!
Even though Elaine was representing the vendor, she made sure that everything possible (building, earthquake reports etc.) were submitted, so that the purchaser had a clear idea of the scope of the works that needed doing on this particular property. And when we made our offer, she had the best poker face ever, in that we had no idea if our offer was viable! Sshe certainly worked for the vendor, but with the purchaser. Job well done!

Great commitment never gave up, good feedback remained professional at all times.
Elaine was brilliant, had 2 other offers that fell through owing to the purchasers not being able to sell their properties, Elaine remained positive and kept working hard. You wont be disappointed with her service or results.
