Friendly and Helpful
We found Rani to be friendly and warm and she immediately put us at ease. She has been exceedingly helpful throughout the purchase process, responding to calls and emails quickly with any information we require. Great Communicator.
I don’t normally do reviews but here goes… The house was listed on the market probably at the wrong time. With interest rates dropping, buyers were also holding on to their money until things got better for them. Finally it was sold with some good negotiating done. Throughout the period of the listing, Sue’s Communication was great and when issues arose, they were quickly remedied. If we needed a change in the advert that was sorted pretty quickly too. Waihi Beach is a very special place and I will be sad to leave it. Thanks for everything Sue.

Gary is professional and cares about you, your wishes and the outcome.
Gary guided us from the outset, providing relevant comparisons and consistent updates on market movement. Not living at the property, and being part of a group selling the property, we were concerned that the distance might impair our involvement or progression of the sale, however with Gary at the helm, this definitely was not the case, and our experience was inclusive of all parties, and very professional. Gary proactively assisted in presenting the home for sale, and consulted on all opportunities achieving a sale in a short period of time, that surpassed our expectations. Experience and professionalism
Gary supported us right throughout our selling process, with honest feedback and information. He marketed our property very well, and the amazing photographer did such a great job too. He gave us a lot of notice for house viewings and was always quick to follow up with us. Gary and his team encouraged many potential buyers to visit our property, which lead to a sale. Knowledgeable professional
