Outstanding & Stress Free
I have now brought & Sold with Gary, Thanks to Gary both of these have been an outstanding expereince, his knowlege and understanding of me as a Client and the market we were selling in resulted in a fanastic result !! Fantastic result Steve!
Steve provided details of the market at Bowentown, and where we were likely within that - he was spot on! We agreed an approach for sale and the objectives we were looking for. From appraisal to unconditional - at a price we are very happy about - in just three weeks. With the right amount of communication at the right times. Fantastic! Definitely recommend Steve.

Steve did a great job in keeping us up to date with what the market was doing in Waihi Beach and informing us when new listings had come up.
