It was a pleasure to get to know Steve and work with him in selling our Mum’s house at Waihi Beach. It took quite a long time to sell because of the drop in the market as soon as we listed it and also the amount of work the house needed. During that time Steve kept on working so hard for us and was always friendly, knowledgeable of the market, experienced, professional and respectful. His communication with us was always great and always encouraging!! When the house sold Steve was still working to get us the best price! We couldn’t have got there without him.
