I don’t normally do reviews but here goes… The house was listed on the market probably at the wrong time. With interest rates dropping, buyers were also holding on to their money until things got better for them. Finally it was sold with some good negotiating done. Throughout the period of the listing, Sue’s Communication was great and when issues arose, they were quickly remedied. If we needed a change in the advert that was sorted pretty quickly too. Waihi Beach is a very special place and I will be sad to leave it. Thanks for everything Sue.

Sue was very professional at the first viewing; we were surprised we did not receive a follow up call or email for feedback. Sue Lemon did a wonderful job supporting our mother to by a bach after the passing of our father. She did not push or cajole but gave Mum the confidence to make the decision she wanted and that was best for her. Sue was also able to deal with my siblings to make sure they were comfortable with the property Mum wanted to buy. We are all super excited for Mum and look forward to seeing her and the family enjoy her quirky new bach. It was a joyful exercise!
