Karan's relaxed but knowledgeable approach has been very much appreciated in an unusual year to sell property. Our holiday house was listed just before Covid lockdown and sold December 2020. Over this time, we her clients, experienced highs and frustrations as many in NZ did and Karan was able to keep dependably giving advice. Also, it was appreciated that she had good local contacts to help keep our holiday home looking good in our absence and she even did a final meter reading for us! Thanks Karan.

We love it!!!
We love it!!! We had been working with Steve and the team from LJ Hooker for some time trying to find the next family home here in Tekapo, no easy task in the Tekapo market.
