We bought our Unit at Peppers Bluewater Resort over 15 years ago when it was just a dream "Off the Plan" investment. We watched it develop over the years and have stayed there several times each year. We love Lake Tekapo, especially during lupin season. However the time has come to simplify our affairs and put it on the market. Over the years, Steve Howes has been extremely helpful by providing any required information for completion of financial reporting. So when the time came to sell our unit, we had no hesitation in contacting Steve to be our agent. From the outset he was professional, efficient and kept us informed of proceedings. It did not take long for him to successfully find a purchaser and we are satisfied with the price. He made the transaction smooth and expedient. We would not hesitate in recommending Steve for any real estate requirements. We are sad to say goodbye to our little place in paradise but we are sure that the new owners will enjoy the delights (and income!) that have resulted from Steve's energy and professionalism.
