My experience was very good and enjoyable. I really liked the communication.
I was really pleased with Joelle. She made the process very easy and calm. The comunication was on point. The advertising was very well done. Really getting my house out there. I would highly recommend Joelle to any one wanting too sell.

We had a very positive experience selling our property and found the service very professional.
Ben and Joelle were easy to deal with and we felt well supported. We enjoyed their friendly and relaxed approach and never felt pressured. We feel they had good knowledge of the market and whilst trying to get the best outcome for us, were realistic and kept us informed.. We liked the great communication and felt the process was well organised. Great communication and assistance from McKenzie also. We felt that Ben and Joelle worked hard on our behalf, ensuring that we were happy with the outcome. The only negative, was that we felt it wasn't clarified that from the date of signing there was the period before the conditions were met in addition to the period after. Overall though, we were extremely happy and were more than pleased with the with the price achieved. Thank you!!

Very Helpful
Ben was very helpful and accomodating with all our queries during the process of buying our first home. He is also prompt with replying to our texts and updates us every now and then regarding the status of our home purchase. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with having Ben as our agent for our first home purchase 😊
