I would highly recommend Joelle to anyone wishing to sell their property. Joelle was always very positive and easy to talk to at any time regarding selling my property. It was a very hard market to sell in when I chose to sell my property but it did not deter Joelle at all and if anything she was more determined because it was a difficult time to sell. Joelle always offered good sound honest advice when I needed it and was great at guiding me as to the best way to move forward when the property was taking some time to sell. If I was ever to sell another property Joelle would be who I would want to sell it for me.

Ben and Joelle were easy to deal with and we felt well supported. We enjoyed their friendly and relaxed approach and never felt pressured. We feel they had good knowledge of the market and whilst trying to get the best outcome for us, were realistic and kept us informed.. We liked the great communication and felt the process was well organised. Great communication and assistance from McKenzie also. We felt that Ben and Joelle worked hard on our behalf, ensuring that we were happy with the outcome. The only negative, was that we felt it wasn't clarified that from the date of signing there was the period before the conditions were met in addition to the period after. Overall though, we were extremely happy and were more than pleased with the with the price achieved. Thank you!!
