Not only did she get the price our mother was after, she met with both my sister (based in Christchurch) and myself (based in Wellington) at times that worked for us and provided very individualised and personal service throughout. I would highly recommend Joelle to anyone wishing to sell their property. Joelle was always very positive and easy to talk to at any time regarding selling my property. It was a very hard market to sell in when I chose to sell my property but it did not deter Joelle at all and if anything she was more determined because it was a difficult time to sell. Joelle always offered good sound honest advice when I needed it and was great at guiding me as to the best way to move forward when the property was taking some time to sell. If I was ever to sell another property Joelle would be who I would want to sell it for me.
