We recently used Gavin for the sale of our property. Usually we'd meet a couple of agents but Gavin's straight up style suited us so we signed up straight away. Good comms, regular open homes and a good end result for us. What's not to like about that. We would definately use Gavin again.

We enjoyed working with Gavin because he was balanced in his approach to selling our property. By this I mean that he was interested in getting the best outcome for us but not to the detriment of the buyers- we aren't interested in "ripping people off" and wanted to work with an agent who shared our values. Gavin is such a person. We have engaged him to sell another property since this as we were happy with this sale.

Gavin and Sharni made the idea of owning a house a reality for me, they kept in touch throughout the entire process, were really easy to deal with, and you could tell they had the best interest for both the buyer & seller which made the process really comfortable, and would make them the perfect option if I was to sell again in the future. They made sure the house was properly cleaned on settlement, and you could tell they take pride in making the process as smooth as possible.
