From day one working with Gavin we found him to be very professional and positive especially when the market wasn’t as active as we had hoped or experienced in our previous property sales. His communication was always very prompt and he was flexible and accommodating with marketing strategies and worked hard to maintain our best interests ( ie. get the best price possible) and as well as his positive approach provided realistic, honest advice and feedback throughout the sale process. We can honestly say from the six sale/purchase experiences we have had over the last 15 years this was the best as far as purely rating the agent and we would definitely recommend Gavin to any prospective seller.
