Sheryl listed an investment property for me, it was tenanted, so initial viewings were by appointment. Marketing was great and attracted a large number of buyers. She had an offer within about 5 days, went back to all interested parties and had 4 offers by the end of the day. The property was sold conditionally with a backup offer at more than we expected. Unconditional now, so great result all round.
