I felt confident throughout the process that she would present the home to its best advantage, while dealing fairly and pleasantly with my tenants, prospective purchasers and others involved. She also kept me updated with calls and texts about how the process was going, which was appreciated, as I was asked by well-wishing friends surprisingly often!
