First of all I would like to say that considering I had never sold or purchased a home before, everything was new to me and thank goodness I was lucky enough to have Paul as my agent. He showed me a couple of second hand houses, but they weren’t suitable and when he showed me thru this brand new home, I knew this was the one for me. I had come from an older property and was finding it difficult to look after it due to a health problem, so now I have my new place and I don’t think I would ever get a better property. I am well and truely settled in and any family or friends who have seen it have all said I wouldn’t get a better property. I didn’t have as much to do with Caitlin, but when I did I was impressed.
