He genuinely assists you focus on the aspects of your house that need attention to get the best result. Communication is frequent. They have well developed systems and a clear, methodical process. I personally find some of the electronic document communication a bit clunky but that is just my personal preference. Overall a good result with the assistance of helpful and personable, professional operators.
