My wife and I first met Vicki in 2020. We had finance approved; were ready to go and met with several agents in Matamata. Out of all the agents we met, Vicki was the only one who took us seriously and followed up with calls. We never forgot that. Fast forward to 2025 and Vicki was the first (and only) agent we called in Matamata. Despite us being overseas, Vicki’s comms were excellent. Any recommendations on the marketing; all our questions were all answered and resolved very quickly. Vicki made the process seamless and very straightforward. Our house sold in 5 days! We had multi offers too above our expectations. We highly recommend Vicki if you want someone who knows the Matamata market well; knows good tradies in the area and will always get back to you.
