Hard to fully rate this as Kelly was acting for the sellers - we simply happened to be the right buyers at the right time - Kelly had no real involvement in the sale process with us.

Kelly was a good communicator she kept me in the loop with things as it was my first time that i have purchased a property, I was able to ring her at anytime with questions which it didn't seem to bother her at all. A very lovely person to work with.
