Sale achieved
Margaret is local to matamata and this reflects in her extensive knowledge in the buying and selling market of this area. Very Professional
Michelle had a very quick and quite correct sum up of my ideal home. She was gently persuasive, in the best possible way and very practical. Standing in the lounge on my first visit I felt very comfortable with Michelle as we discussed what could be done with the house. It's not easy to attune yourself with each individual buyers perceptions and ideals but I really feel that Michelle can do this.

Professional, Friendly & Personable
Corina worked hard to get the best price for us for our property in a professional manner. She was friendly and considerate in all of her dealings with us while staying professional at all times. She then worked doggedly with Michelle to get the sale over the line under very difficult circumstances. This has left us happy to be moving on to a smaller low-maintenance property which is perfect for us.

Market knowledge with experience and expertise to purchase the property which suited my situation.
I gave Michelle a brief of what I needed and wanted. Including my budget. I looked at several different properties all meeting what I wanted. One stood out above the rest. During the process Michelle was a complete professional competent agent. Any questions and requested information was fast and accurate no fuss. At no point did I feel that I was being pushed or asking too many questions. To be fair I put a fair bit of pressure on Michelle at times. Which was always met with a smile and reassurance that we were going to get the sale done. Having brought and sold several houses over 20+ years in some different markets. Michelle is in my opinion right at the top of my list of agents. I have no qualms recommending Michelle Carson to anyone for their realestate needs.

Real estate made easy!
Michelle was an absolute superstar to deal with - she made the process of purchasing an investment property incredibly easy with her honest, open approach.
