From the first day we met Vicki at a viewing of our new home, nothing was a problem, she is Professional, well presented, has a sense of humour, had done all the relevant background checks with the Council on this home, we couldnt purchase until we sold ours, when ours sold we had to move in 2 weeks, Vicki kept the Vendors informed, so they could fit it with our move in date and find them a new home in that short space, lots of good communication helped a great deal, we would highly recommend her to any prospective Buyers or Sellers.

Corina instinctively knew that the place needed to be sold, but on the other hand we weren't ready due to my wife's sickness and then passing - so in other words it was on the market... but also kind of not at times. Unfortunately the market dropped while we procrastinated but it did sell, to which I am so grateful to both Corina and Michelle for getting this sale through. They kept in touch constantly, even when there was nothing to tell! They have also found me the perfect unit in town to downsize into.

Found Corina and Michelle awesome to deal with in getting things organized and underway, they understood what I wanted from the sale aswell as my boundaries. Really good communications from open homes (to start with though this wasn't quite so great near the end). The end buyer of my property was introduced to the house by Corina and Michelle even though he wasn't interested in this type of property so under normal circumstances would of not even looked at it.
