Although Anne Weschenfelder - as the selling agent - is understandably duty-bound to act in the sellers' best interests at all times, she was extremely helpful to us throughout the process, making herself available at all hours and providing expert advice on numerous aspects of the purchase. At times we felt as though Anne was OUR agent, although she was careful to steer clear of any areas that might conflict with her position as the representative of the vendor. Not an easy thing to do.
