We are entering the next phase in life that brings about the need to downsize from our present property that trigged the search for an appropriate property for our twilight years. At one of the open homes we attended we met Anne and thus began the discussions on what we were trying to achieve and the processes to achieve that objective. Anne has a special gift apart from brokering real-estate, at which she is very good . She listens and takes on board the position that you are in and what you are trying to achieve. She showed great empathy and understanding with us. Has a wealth of local knowledge and works tirelessly in tune as a team with upfront openness and honesty to bring about satisfactory outcomes for both parties. Nothing is a problem. If I were to go through this exercise again I would have no hesitation in engaging Anne.
