We are entering the next phase in life that brings about the need to downsize from our present property that trigged the search for an appropriate property for our twilight years. At one of the open homes we attended we met Anne and thus began the discussions on what we were trying to achieve and the processes to achieve that objective. Anne has a special gift apart from brokering real-estate, at which she is very good . She listens and takes on board the position that you are in and what you are trying to achieve. She showed great empathy and understanding with us. Has a wealth of local knowledge and works tirelessly in tune as a team with upfront openness and honesty to bring about satisfactory outcomes for both parties. Nothing is a problem. We meet Anne at an open home which we went onto purchase. Anne was very knowledgeable about the house we purchased. If there was anything further we needed to know she alway got back to us by text. Anne assisted us with the purchase of our home in the Geraldine township. While selling house Anne was constantly reminding us of not only her own open homes but open homes of her fellow LJ Homer colleagues and other open homes in the area she thought we may be interested in. We didn’t think much of going to open homes but are so pleased Anne encouraged us as it made all the difference for figuring out likes and dislikes. We recently worked with Anne to sell our rural property in the Geraldine area. Anne was very knowlageable about the area and her comprehensive valuation helped explain all the details about our properties value. When it came to putting the house on the market Anne was organised and communicated plans and instruction well.
