She educated us on selling and marketing strategy while still listening to our preferences and adjusting accordingly. Geraldine and her team communicated really well through the whole process and despite some delays (out of her control) she remained professional and helped us through to getting the deal signed! Long story short, I had a slightly complicated situation where there were a lot of moving parts, and also included having to rent the property for a short term while everything worked its way through. The entire LJ Hooker team, with Jason at the lead, made this very simple and organised it in a way that was beneficial to all parties involved. Communication was spot on, even over and above which shows this guy is genuiene and on the ball and cares for all invloved, not just his client (the seller).
