Geraldine and her team were everything you want from a Real Estate agent – very professional and knowledgeable, many years working in the region as the top agent – but more than that, just honest every step of the way. Answered our questions directly gave us the information we needed. Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed working with Geraldine and her team. She helped us communicate with the vendors, and kept being in touch after the agreement was signed. She is great to work with - super helpful with all our questions and requests. Thank you so much!

The sale of our property felt in safe hands with Lawrence and the team, they understand the market (especially) for our property bracket and were attentive to our requests. Lawrence also provided expert advice when we needed to change tact and in the end we got a seamless quick sale on our property that allowed us to move up on to looking for our next family home! We also felt well supported by Cherish and the wider LJ team even beyond the sale as they continued to help us in finding our next home.

This is I believe the fourth property we have either brought or sold with Geraldine. We keep engaging with her for good reason. From our perspective Geraldine, and her team, have excellent market networks and were, at all times, proactive and creative in their approach. With this property the market was well tested and we were satisfied with the sale price. We will use Geraldine again as and when need arises and would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Amelia has worked with me several times in selling property and has always been excellent to deal with, her market knowledge is top notch, she has a very calm nature which is great in stressful situations as it often is selling property, i have no hesitation recommending (and have done previously) Amelia to friends who are selling. I will also go with Amelia and LJ Hooker for any future property transactions for myself
