Both Jason and Lawrence were fantastic to deal with and so easy to communicate with and get in touch with at all times. They made the whole process a lot less stressful and we ended up with a very good result. We would highly recommend both of them to anyone considering buying or selling!

While Geraldine mostly communicated with my partner, she went above and beyond to communicate between seller and buyer. We are happy first home buyers.

One phone call - and it was so easy. Fortunate to have Geraldine and Darryl on our sale. Suggestion of auction - although not sold at auction was sold within the week following. Felt really comfortable and confident taking the advice offered for how to market and promote our property. Communication was great and marketing plan perfect - price wise we did meet our expectations. Proved they know the market and what is happening in that market - would definitely recommend Geraldine or any of her team.

The whole Hermens team were fantastic to deal with - we entrusted them to sell in a difficult market and were happy with the final result. Geraldine has a broad knowledge of the Dunedin housing market and her dedication to a swift result was appreciated. Would recommend that people get in touch for her advice and her ability.

I was super impressed with the support from Geraldine & her team during the process of buying this property. Always at the end of phone for any silly questions I had, nothing was a bother. The documentation & technology they use is fantastic and covered off everything I needed to know. I would not hesitate to recommend Geraldine & the team at LJ Hooker for a stress free experience when purchasing a property.

Reagan was a delight to work with during the entire process. He was super helpful and very accommodating to make the entire experience easy by reassuring myself when I felt unsure about certain processes of the purchase. I would like to thank Reagan very much for his support and guidance, very professional on all levels. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reagan to family and friends.

I met Daryl at an Open Home for a property I was interested in buying. I was impressed with his professionalism and communication skills, he was obviously working hard for the vendor. So much so, that when I wanted to sell a property I went directly to Daryl. Sure enough, as expected he worked hard for me and secured a good price for my property. Of particular note was Daryl's brilliant communication - he made sure that I knew what was happening every step of the way and always talked through and agreed next steps with me. I have no hesitation in recommending Daryl to anybody, I am sure he will work hard for you just as he did for me. If I ever need to sell another property in the future my first call will be to Daryl.
