Amelia and the team were very professional, welcoming and kind. Right from the very first meeting, through the processes of marketing and open homes , all the way to a successful auction the communication was outstanding The process of selling by auction was explained clearly and the end result more than exceeded my expectations. Amelia went above and beyond to achieve a fantastic sale price for me. I would 100% recommend Amelia and her team to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.

We have been to many open homes and I have to say that Jason is the most friendliest agent that I have talked to. He’s very professional, always has a smile on his face and is someone that you can easily approach. He’s been very patient and helpful to us and we are grateful for that.

I initially dealt with Jason at the open home and organising putting in our offer. He was lovely and very professional. When it came time to put in the offer we began dealing with Lawrence. He was very lovely and made the process a lot less stressful on us as first home buyers. Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the process and were kept in the loop. This has been an exciting but nerve wracking process that had been made marginally easier by the team at LJ Hooker. Thanks again for all your help

We are delighted that Pam was recommended to us by several people, and when we first met her we felt so much at ease with her knowledge, friendliness, sense of humour and professionalism. All her recommendations and advice to us regarding the sale of our property were spot on. She carefully guided us through the whole process, and was there for us each step of the way. She managed to achieve a marvelous result for us in record time. We have already recommended her to others, and would not hesitate to engage her services again.

Toni and Reagan have been a great help in our search for properties that meet our specific needs. They provide constant updates on properties available, walks us through our concerns and guides us through the process. They have been our selling agent in the past and we had no hesitation seeking their help to look for our new home. And once again, they have been amazing to work with.

Toni and Regan have been amazing and they are great at what they do! I know selling properties can be quite complex with all the moving parts involved however, Toni and Regan made the experience quite easy and satisfactory. We achieved the outcome we were hoping for because of their efforts from day one of the campaign. I would definitely work with Toni and Regan again as well as referring them to a friends if they need a Real Estate Agent.

Geraldine was friendly and always available to talk. Her communication about the property was great and very detailed. All questions were answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble for her or her team. I found the whole process extremely positive and quite enjoyable. The last time I bought a house was 25 years ago so I was no longer familiar with the process - Geraldine and her team made the experience stress free and very straight forward. Every detail was attended to at the property ready for viewing for all the open homes - presentation of the property was impeccable. I would very much recommend Geraldine and her team at LJ Hookers Dunedin. This is the second home I have purchased through LJ Hookers Dunedin. Thank you Geraldine for making the process so easy. I really appreciate it.

Amelia was such a breeze, a fresh breath of real estate air. I bought through auction and everything was so clearly communicated around the process and any queries in regard to the house were so promptly answered. A very stress free experience with Amelia, just like a friend holding your hand. Thanks sooooo much!
