We have used Carol again to sell a rental property in the current market, where a lot of houses are for sale. While it took a while to sell, this was more the environment we were in than Carols ability, and Carol managed to find the willing buyer amongst alot of supply. Throughout the process we have found Carol to be helpful, hardworking, flexible, pragmatic, and keeping us up to date with all the steps in the progress. We also enjoyed chats with Carol about all things housing. Overall very pleased with the end result and we knew we could trust and rely on Carol. Carol is not someone who would be in it for solely her own reasons and joins on a partnership with her clients so everyone gets a satisfactory end result with some good humour to go with it. The first time we met Luke was when he came to appraise our home; we have never sold a house before so had no idea what we needed to do to achieve this goal....enter Luke. Right from the get-go, Luke was respectful, courteous and clearly a professional, and everytime we have met him since, he has remained the same along with always being tidy and well-presented. Luke talked us through the process of selling our home through a real estate agent in terms that we understood. The personalised LJ Hooker booklet that Luke put together for our home was thorough and informative, and when he came out to give it to us, he spent time going through every page, explaining parts of it as he went and answering any questions that cropped up along the way. Luke's market knowledge he demonstrated while going through the booklet, using similar house comparisons to ours and their guide prices as examples, and it was clear that he was working on behalf of us as vendors to promote the property, judging by the amount of private viewings our home had during the short time it was on the market. Nothing was ever too much trouble to Luke, and he always responded almost immediately to emails/texts/phonecalls; he even did an evening call as this was the only time we were available at that particular time. As an individual, Luke is awesome, he is funny, friendly, hard-working and a true professional and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I knew wanting to sell their home. Overall, the whole house-selling experience was mostly painless, and this is down to Luke and his dedication to his job. We are very happy with the outcome, and will never forget everything that Luke did for us (right down to keeping the fire stoked when doing private viewings)! Our house was only on the market for a short time. Thank you Luke; you have been fantastic.
