Amelia has been absolutely fantastic to deal with and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things real estate! She is super accomodating and responsive, efficient and reliable. Amelia has looked out for us since we purchased our first home with her 5 years ago, often going out of her way to check in and keep us informed as to the market. Our new family highly recommends Trista! Me and my wife spontaneously decided to look at houses one weekend, with absolutely no intentions on actually buying as we had just had our first child which was only 3 weeks old at the first open home. We somehow fall in love with the very first property we found. Trista was very accommodating with organizing and arranging additional times for us to see the property and allow my Mother to come visit who would also be making the move with us. The whole process was made extremely easy for us, which it had to be to work around our new addition and answered the million and one questions we had along the way. Great Job Trista!

Our experience buying 21 Sretlaw St and working with Cherish Thom to purchase the property was very good. We found Cherish helpful and informative about the property. We did not commit straight away to the purchase of this property and when Cherish knew what we were looking for she was good at suggesting other options. When we were ready Cherish was very good at making time for further visits to the home and patiently worked with us. Then capably assisted us with the purchasing contract.
