Trista and the team did a fantastic job marketing our property and we were blown away by the results. Everything was done very professionally and they made the whole process super easy for us which really took a lot of the stress out of selling our home.

Jason was very easy to deal with, he knew the market well, gave realistic advice and when it came to the business end of the marketing campaign we had multiple buyer options and he acted with our best interests. A sale was confirmed less than a month after first asking Jason to market our property. We were really happy with Jason and the result, and highly recommend him.

Having bought and sold with Trista, we can highly recommend her to anyone wanting to do either. Trista has a great knowledge of the real estate market and has a knack of matching people up to the right property. Her professional advice to us, particularly when we were selling for the first time in thirty years, certainly helped us through the process and gave us a very positive result. Trista is good communicator, always has a smile on her face and has a great sense of humour while maintaining a high level of professionalism with a passion and drive to get the best for her clients. Thanks Trista, we will always recommend you to friends and family.

When my mum became ill and moved into a rest home I was faced with the daunting task of selling mum's house for her. I had met Trista briefly when another family member bought their first home through her. Her bubbly, friendly personality stayed with me and I thought I would give her a go at selling mum's home. From start to finish, Trista took over and did what she does best. I can not thank her enough for alleviating the pressure that was on me during the time I had to focus on my mum. Trista worked so hard on our behalf and kept us up-to-date on every aspect of the process. Trista accompanied me on social visits to mum, just so she could meet the lady who had spent thirty happy years in the house that Trista was now selling on her behalf. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and we really feel she has become a friend of the family. She is a kind person but also knows her stuff when it comes to selling houses. I would not hesitate to ask for Trista's help again should we decide to sell our own house and would recommend her to anybody I know who is thinking of selling. Top marks Trista, thank you. A+++

Trista made the complex business of selling a house on behalf of someone else totally straight forward and was praised by our Lawyers for this skill Her ability in knowing the market was startlingly accurate as was her knowledge of what made a house salable. But most of all she was unfailingly kind! (the sort of best friend you need at the times of house selling!)

This is the 2nd time we have used Geraldine in just over two years to sell two properties for us and on both occasions she met our required price. She is open and honest in her perception of your property and makes astute assessments as to where your property sits in the market. As far as my wife and I are concerned if you want someone who is a very good closer for the sale of your property we would not go any further than Geraldine Hermens' and her professional knowledge.
