I have enjoyed working with Pam who was suggested to me by several friends as an outstanding real estate agent. Upon first meeting I had no hesitation asking Pam to be the agent who would supervise the sale of my property. It has been a pleasure working with such a friendly, well-informed person during the whole process. This covered the clear timetable of the steps which we were to go through including promotion, photography, advertising, open homes, and regular reports on the progress of interviews with individuals and groups inspecting the property during the open homes. Several small issues resulting from open home questions we were able to deal with using the advice of Pam and this information was conveyed by Pam to the persons who had raised the issues. Setting the reserve price became easy and I also was able to build an excellent appreciation of the range of possible values for the property based on the clear reporting of Pam from the open homes. The subsequent auction reflected the careful setting of these values. Pam carried out the auction effectively and it was a great relief for me that the property was able to go to sale without further negotiation.
