My newly built architecturally designed house was marketed expertly by Amelia and her team. Communication was excellent and she worked well with the show home presenters and myself to give the home the most appropriate coverage and the after-sale process worked very smoothly. I would recommend her highly.

In a market that turned from a seller's to a buyer's almost overnight, bringing with it a level of uncertainty that made price predictions almost impossible, Geraldine's knowledge and experience both of the market and the business itself, proved invaluable. Initial expectations were quite high, but she deftly managed the shift in those expectations so that meeting the market became not only the most viable, but also the most sensible option. It had been 28 years since I had last sold a house and so in addition to working with a significantly changing market, Geraldine also had to manage a client with a huge emotional as well as financial investment in a property, both of which she did with skill and sensitivity. I remain extremely grateful for her guidance and support, but most of all for her expertise in achieving a successful outcome.

Our experience with Amelia Hermens has led to a great result for our client through friendly, professional, diligent, service who achieved a property sale above the sellers expectation.

Gerry made the process of selling our house simple and stress free. She is an expert at what she does and truely goes above and beyond for her clients. Could not recommend her more. We had a bereavement in the family the night before our auction and she took care of everything. Making sure we were updated with the sale without adding stress to our situation. A true professional. Thank you Gerry!

Geraldine and Peter are so easy to deal with. They guide you through all the aspects of the sale. Kept us up to date the whole time. Couldn't get a better partnership than Geraldine and Peter.

Amelia was excellent as always to deal with, this time from a buying side rather than a selling side, having also previously listed with her a few years ago, i would have no hesitation recommending Amelia. I will most likely make contact in a few years from now when i am ready to sell again.

Without much time remaining in the year Trista got us an offer before the difficult Christmas/New Year period & then kept our spirits up through a long conditional period. Her positivity throughout the process was very reassuring.

Richard was great to deal with, answered every call and made the buying process easy. Went above and beyond to answer any questions or find out extra information we needed. Would not hesitate to deal with Richard again in the future

Jason Hynes has sold two houses for us now. His knowledge of the local real estate market is exemplary, as is the ability to get the best for their clients. Jason and his colleague Lawrence work tirelessly and make everything so easy and transparent. I will never use another real estate agent except for Jason. I cannot rate Jason and LJ Hooker highly enough. They are the only people to buy or sell through. Thank you again for all of your hard work.

I would highly recommend selling and or purchasing with Jason. He made the whole process very streamlined and we couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks
