Our process of buying our first home was a simple, quick transaction. We met Luke twice, one at the open home and a second time for the signing of our contract. Luke is new into his career and was supported by another staff member to complete the process for us. We had a little difficulty contacting Luke on our settlement day to collect the keys to our new home, but it all was completed in time in the end.
