Paul did an excellent job of marketing and selling our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice, while listening to what we wanted. We felt we could trust him to present our home accurately to potential buyers. We would not hesitate to engage with him again, for either selling or buying.

The sale of this unique property occurred within a tight time frame. Although the sale took place in a difficult market, Paul was able to achieve a very good result for us. Paul's extensive experience and knowledge of the local area were key factors that lead to a very successful outcome. We were kept well informed of all developments at all times. He gave very good advice and provided a sound rationale for his recommendations. His honest and realistic approach was greatly appreciated.
