Luke and his team exceeded expectations on all levels. Marketing was superb, with excellent photography. The sale was quick and easy with multiple offers less than a week after being on the market. Luke ensured I was protected in the sale and purchase agreement as I hadn't yet purchased a property. Sale price exceeded what any agency had predicted (we had three through). Luke and his team were friendly, approachable and communicated extremely well throughout the process. They were contactable and responsive whenever I had questions. I met Luke at a previous open home which would lead me to buy a quiet listing off him a short while later. Lukes communication and professionalism made the entire process right from the first point of contact through to the point of sale, very simple and most importantly stress free. Any questions or information regarding anything during the entire process was answered and the correct information fetched when needed. Luke was awesome in the fact that when I requested to have some pre inspectors through he recommended and took the organisation of that off my hands so I could carry on with a busy schedule. Luke was very easy to get along with.
