I found Pam Mulder's approach to the sale of my home, of over forty years, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Together we worked through what needed to be done to get my property ready for the market, and organised a timeline for the sale as well as the method of sale and marketing. Her feedback on responses to the open homes was prompt and informative; she guided me through the auction process (which was very successful!) and even suggested movers and cleaners for a final clean, both companies which she'd had previous good relations with.
