This was the second sale by Trista for our family within 18 months. Pre-sale assistance to put the property in the best light. Exceptional contact and feedback during the sale process. This time in a troubled market, and still panning out as she predicted. Thanks to all the LJ Hooker team, and a special thanks to Trista.

The Family had to sell our elderly Fathers house. The sale needed to be handled in a kind and compassionate manner but at the same time a sense of forward momentum had to be maintained. Trista accomplished all of these things and at the same time built a fantastic rapport with our Father. As time was of the essence the method of sale Trista chose was "spot on". The family are all very happy with Trista's professional services, warm friendly nature and would not hesitate in engaging her again.

Geraldine and her team are real experts in the Vauxhall / Waverly area. Geraldine responded quickly to requests and has been supporting us for ≈ 2 years as in the lead up to this sale. She knew exactly what needed to be done to sell our house for a good price in a challenging market and the team really delivered, getting us sale before Christmas. Their systems and processes (marketing review, open home feedback etc) are well established and efficient. Geraldine was able to guide us to where the market would be and provided a personalised service. Our first house sale and we couldn't have asked for a smoother process!

We have just recently sold our house, and employed Peter and Geraldine Hermens of The Hermens Group to act as our real estate agent for the sale. Both Peter and Geraldine were professional and knowledgeable in their approach, their experience enabled us to make an informed decision as to what the best price for our house would be achievable in our area (Andersons Bay) and was sold in a very short time. Communication was excellent via phone and vendor portal so we always were aware of what was happening. Peter and Geraldine are consummate professionals with a high degree of integrity who went the extra mile to ensure a everything went smoothly and took the stress out of selling. We would also add this is the second house we have sold through Peter and Geraldine; they are a strong team and happily recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their house Keith & Janice Randall
