This assumption proved to be true, as she enlisted me quickly giving me all the information that was required, and then organised the sale process very efficiently. She contacted a list of potential buyers before the house was even on the market. This gave a quick result whereby I received a very good pre-auction offer from one of those buyers after being on the market for a week. I accepted this offer, with her knowledgeable help on this huge decision and do not have any regrets. She was not pushy and gave me great guidance.
