I found Kelly to be very proactive and professional. She first appealed to me as she was proactive in asking me to sell my house through Harcourts (along with her business partner Oana Simmons), when I met them at an open home. I thought that if she is showing to me that she is proactive, then I want her to sell my house! This assumption proved to be true, as she enlisted me quickly giving me all the information that was required, and then organised the sale process very efficiently. She contacted a list of potential buyers before the house was even on the market. This gave a quick result whereby I received a very good pre-auction offer from one of those buyers after being on the market for a week. I accepted this offer, with her knowledgeable help on this huge decision and do not have any regrets. She was not pushy and gave me great guidance.
