My journey has been long and tedious because of circumstances. Many agents would have gone off the boil, however Kelly continually kept me honest with what my ideal property would be and certainly explored and communicated what was in the market. To me, it is so important that agents while contracted to the vendor, also developed close communication with purchasers. I have the utmost trust in how Kelly managed that equation. She certainly went out of her way to souce my ideal property not only from her own company but of other vendors. I am sure Kelly would be just as committed in selling properties as she was in finding the right purchaser for the vendor. She is really easy to deal with and always available for any communication. In an ideal world, it’s difficult to imagine a property selling below CV, especially given the mortgage payments and associated costs you’ve managed along the way. I must acknowledge that Kelly and Co. have gone above and beyond to secure the best possible outcome in today’s market. While the result wasn’t quite what I’d initially expected, I commend them for their dedication, hard work, and commitment, even extending their efforts into weekends, to ensure everything was handled effectively for all parties involved.
