Blair and Phil are professional, pleasant and diligent operators. We were selling in a particularly depressed market but this didn't dampen their enthusiasm or focus on the end goal. They showed up weekend after weekend, were tenacious with their process and continued unwavering until the job was done. Communication was always prompt and clear. Blair was an adept negotiator and did a good job of keeping the parties at the table despite an initial gulf that made a deal look improbable. I consider that Blair's (unparalleled) knowledge of the Beaumont Quarter complex was also an asset to both the marketing and negotiation.
