Carol kept me abreast of the state of the market throughout and made realistic appraisals in the market and having regard to the condition of the house.She was very good at marketing the property and telling purchasers of the potential of the property.She was very good at disclosure which I think the eventual purchasers were grateful for.I couldn't have asked for more from an agent, she was very clear in her communications of the process of selling a house.She put in much more time and effort than you might expect from an estate agent.I would like to thank her very much for her time and outstanding professionalism.

Janice provided an outstanding service during our house sale. Our house was tenanted during the sale and her interaction with the letting agent and tenants ensured smooth running of the open homes, one off viewings and other property inspections etc. She always kept us well informed of progress with potential purchasers and once offers came in the contract process went well. Her knowledge of the Monaco area helped immensely ensuring purchasers were well informed about the area. We feel Janice did an outstanding job of marketing and selling our property and would highly recommend her to others.
