If you are considering selling your property, I highly recommend having a chat with Janice Emery. The family home was prepared for sale after 26 years and under Janice's supervision I went about preparation to list. Property was listed and after 2 open homes and multiple second and 3rd visits, we had 4 offers on the table at the 2-week mark. Carol was always available to chat, well organized and always on site at least 10 minutes prior to open home.
