Firstly I thought that I could sell my house on my own without paying a real estate agent and I probably could have! S#!t I'm glad I didn't try that I would have totally undersold myself. I had a ring around agents and found Kat to be honest and approachable the pricing was much of a muchness and I had a good feeling with Kat.
