Kat was very professional and lovely to deal with, she is very experienced and gave us great advice when getting the home ready for the market. Her and her team are fantastic at sharing dates, time lines and feedback regarding viewings. Overall we were happy with the outcome achieved but were surprised that a home very close by was listed by the same company on the same day without a heads up. We were a little bit disappointed that we didn't receive any gift after selling our home.

With the way the market is and the options for agents available, it could be easy to expect a substandard service.... not so in this case, not even close, Kat was there when she said she would, did what she said and her insights, suggestions and personable manner had us both relaxed in the knowledge that "this girl is the one"!! Kat's signage oozes professionalism, her reputation is second to none and that continues through to the action, she communicates beautifully and is impeccably presented, all of which come together for a complete service that I attribute to the very, very good price we accepted for our home. Incredible experience and would definitely recommend.

After 33 years of living in our lovely family home we needed to move to a one level house so we did not have to climb stairs anymore.
