As a first home buyer, I was quite anxious with the whole process of buying a house that I'd want to live in for a long time, but Jonathan made the process so much less stressful. Communication with him was great from day one. Very respectful, knowledgeable and open to answer all of my questions and worries. He always replied extremely fast! I was quite certain on my decision of not wanting to attend any home auctions, knowing the stress and money involved in getting ready for them. But after talking to Jonathan and having him explain to me different options, I decided to give it a go and I couldn't thank him enough because thanks to him I am now a home owner!
