Hazely was very relateable and friendly. Unfortunately, he was unfamiliar with the property and it’s covenants when asked about them. There was significant delays in contact between the sellers and him which made negotiating slow and frustrating - which to his credit was possibly more to do with the seller. On completing the sale there was no follow up to congratulate us or ask for feedback which we have had from agents in the past. Over all a sub-par experience but appreciate the contact 18months post purchase.

We had been browsing for houses for some time, never quite finding the right place. After meeting Hazely not only did he find exactly the type of property we were wanting, but he was prompt and efficient in getting the deal to go through.
