We found Lynette to be prompt with her replies always. She was friendly, accommodating & helpful throughout the process. I believe this is the first time she had tried working in conjunction with the vendor re the sale of the house in that she gave us his contact details & we then liased with him re information about the house. Warren (the vendor) was the perfect vendor to do this with & it worked perfectly! Granted you would need the right vendor to do this with but in this case it made the whole process easy & it mean we could get information on the house directly from Warren which was great. Definitely something for your company to consider doing more of when you feel you have the right vendor. A smooth easy process & i would definitely do it that way again. I would also recommend Lynette to anyone re the sale or purchase of a home!!
