This was the 2nd time we have used Lynette to buy/sell. She was great the first time so back we went again when it came time to sell. The thing I liked most about Lynette at the outset is that she is a genuine, honest, true blue Kiwi. Down to earth, realistic & so easy to relate to. You felt you could trust her from the start. She was always available to talk when needed, was proactive throughout & made the whole process very easy. The process of negotiation this time round took a couple of weeks. Lynette managed it so very well. She advised, guided re what to do next & we listened to her. In the end she got us all to where we needed to be & everyone was happy.
