No idea what selling a home would be like. Hayley and Roberta made a daunting process, a pleasure.

From the outset to the end, Hayley and Roberta were outstanding. Their professionalism, clarity, understanding and guidance through our at times complex journey, made our first-time sale experience as good as selling a home could be. I assume most sellers find the first or every sale experience daunting at times, but these guys went out of their way to support two total novices in a remarkably supportive manner. Their energy was amazing. It never dipped. The stayed positive when we got a little disconcerted (tough market out there!) and pragmatic when needed, to not allow us to run rogue with moonbeams expectations. Communication was excellent. They immediately set up a chat group with us so we all went on the journey together. Everything captured one place. Total transparency between all parties. Incredibly useful. If we needed to chat, we were never left hanging. Their availability for face-to-face meetings or impromptu calls made us feel like we were their only client. We weren't of course. That's simply brilliant customer service. Having two agents rolling as a team was fantastic. This meant that no matter what curveballs were thrown (there were a few), we had one or both to guide us and allow us to make swift decisions. Lastly, but of note - Hayley and Roberta are damn good people. Both are compassionate, have amazing EQs, and are a lot of fun. Having lightness or a laugh through the crazy process of selling a home is important. These guys definitely know how to. Our hugest thanks to them.
