They gave us a price range where they thought our house would sell and they were right, They didn't up sell the price to us to get the listing and worked very hard to get us the price we settled on.They kept us informed during the process.The market was quite slow at the time but they worked very hard to make the sale. We chose Hayley and Roberta to sell our home, after they offered the best advice for small improvements prior to sale, and seemed to best understand our property and the potential buyers. As first time sellers they built a lot of trust and gently shepherded us through the process. Their marketing campaign was very successful leading to an auction with 3 buyers (for a 2 bedroom unit in the current market we thought this a great success), and a final price we were very happy with. We recently engaged Hayley and Roberta to sell our family home in Hillsborough.We were all initially concerned about this process as it felt there was a lot we needed to know.Our family has resided in this place since it was built by our father,over 65 years ago and it was felt that it was our joint duty to do it right.We needed not to have worried .Hayley and Roberta took care of everything and guided us pretty well through each step of the way.They had a great idea of the market which helped us immensely.Most importantly though was their combined ability,even willingness, to help with our various queries and akward questions,of which there seemed to be plenty. The entire UP team were helpful,knowledgeable down to earth and friendly. Their rate and expenses also seem very realistic The auctioneer,Mark Sumich appeared to do his absolute best for us and worked very hard to get the last few thousand dollars for us.This at the time did not seem that important but as the final wash up is taking place,this becomes more relevant. I for one would not hesitate to engage their services again.
